Mobilizing the Asian American Vote

Asian Americans Against Trump is a volunteer-led project that reaches out to Asian American communities to persuade them to vote against Trump. We speak to voters in their native languages through digital ad campaigns and Asian language media.

For the 2020 election, we targeted communities in swing states where the Asian American electorate has grown more than any other group. We also worked with other AAPI groups, sharing resources and strategies. Together, we mobilized Chinese, Korean, Hmong, Indian, and Vietnamese communities, reaching out to them with messages tailored around the issues that matter to them most.

We're proud to have played a part in getting out the Asian American vote in record-breaking numbers for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
